I know I have worked this hard before at WW, but I don’t think I have ever been so diligent about tracking every single bite and drink that has gone into my mouth, and every single bit of activity that I have done. And then WROTE about it too! But It’s kinda fun and I am enjoying my own little 7 day challenge.
Breakfast……Egg white and cheese omelet with English muffin topped with Better N Peanut Butter and a banana. I’m thinking about framing this picture! I took it on the kitchen floor in the morning sunshine.
I went to a neighbors for a coffee and took my own, because even though we had a “coffee”, she doesn’t drink coffee.
Lunch was boring…….grilled chicken and some salad……
And a little Greek yogurt…..I’m learning to like it, but I really eat it because it’s 14 g of protein!
Before dinner snack…….
Last night’s pork was really good, so I shredded it in it’s juices and roasted some cauliflower.
Time snuck away from me today, and at our 7:30 pm dinner, I still hadn’t exercised. After dinner, all I could think about was a shower, pj’s and the couch for some American Idol and DWTS final. At 8:30, a miracle in my house happened and I got on the treadmill! Sometimes, I amaze myself. I think it’s thanks to Pinterest and all those damn motivational quotes I’m finding!
Refresh…I can eat 26 points a day.
I have an allowance of 49 points that I can dip into if I chose.
I can earn activity points by doing exercise.
