Thank you to Pinterest! I am certain this was created with a child in mind, but I completely enjoyed it for breakfast!
Roll out a piece of (1PPV) bread to flatten, spread with 1 T Better n Peanut Butter (1 PPV), roll around a 1/2 banana and slice it.
Drizzle with honey (1 PPV)
Total = 3 PPV.
I found a recipe for chocolate covered peanut butter bananas, (some kinda crazy PB Banana craving today!) and it sounded yummy and fun! I didnt have any chocolate chips, like the original recipe calls for, but I knew I had a few cubes of almond bark, so I pulled that out of the pantry to figure the points. 1 cube is 7 PPV!
So I made the recipe anyway just to see how many melted yummies would go into one treat. I’m thinking these babies are at least 3 PPV a piece!
Maybe I will just make Mike eat them all…….or maybe I eat carrots and celery all day and walk 10 miles……hmmmmmmm.

I had Donut House Cinnamon Roll, with a teaspoon of sugar free caramel syrup, and my milk. Creamy and delicious!
While holding the wire, I almost poked my eye out. Protective eye wear is most likely recommended.

After playing around on Pinterest all morning, I decided in addition to Bootcamp tonight, I would get in some cardio, so I headed to the treadmill. I have been thinking a lot about my cardio workouts and my heart rate and what I need to do to “Up” my game a bit. I know the answer is running. I hate it. I really do. It hurts my boobs and knees. Today I decided to run at least .25 mile without stopping. Nice and steady at 4.0 MPH. I’m not sure what happened, but I passed .25, then I passed .50, then I just kept running. At the very end I went to 5.0 MPH to increase my heart rate a little more. I think the new sports bras helped the whole boob situation, and maybe the last few pounds off helped the knee situation, but it felt great! I ran my first mile since Highschool!

Bootcamp kicked my butt tonight! And did I mention that I ran a mile today? Whoo whoo!!
Also from Pinterest, dinner. Dinner is a new experiment. The Chicken Recipe calls for mayo, but the revised recipe replaces the mayo with nonfat Greek Yogurt. I was actually disappointed in these. I thought it would turn out crispy, and it didn’t, and it was way too salty. I did like the yogurt idea and would try these again with much less salt than in the recipe. 🙂
I have never grilled pineapple, so I tried that tonight. I wish I would have grilled chicken and bell peppers to go with it though…..or vanilla ice cream!!! Not grilled of course, just right out of the carton.
