EASY Beef Stroganoff

This is a really old recipe. When I went in to revise it to SmartPoints, I lost the pictures. The horror!

I need to make this soon and get a picture in here. Until then, think Hamburger Helper, but better. My mom always made that when I was a kid, and I loved it!

This recipe reminds of that.

  1. That’s funny you said that, because as I was making it, I was thinking about the toast and hamburger gravy we would eat for dinner when I was little. My mom also made SOS, but with the little packages of corned beef! Ahhhh, the good old days…….

  2. My grandmother used to make this for my sweet Grandpa!! He called in SOS. We often had it over buttered white bread!! Open faced style. So good!
