Weekend…….

My son, Jake, has a fancy camera and it took wayyyyyy better pictures than my IPad did at our birthday celebration last weekend!

Breakfast
Oatmeal Banana Pancake (revised)
3 PPV (was 5 PPV)

1/4 Cup Quaker Oats (was 1/2 Cup)
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 packet Truvia
1/2 smashed banana

The texture was a little different with only 1/2 cup of oatmeal, but it still tasted great and I reduced the PPV by 2!

I top it with the other half of the banana and 1 T. of Better N Peanut Butter
Total = 4 PPV


Lunch

Bell Peppers and Celery Stuffed with Laughing Cow Cream Cheese and Deli Turkey….2 PPV
12 almonds…2 PPV
Cantaloupe….0 PPV
Total = 4 PPV

Snack
Strawberries Dipped in Chocolate…..in a Smoothie!
(okay…WW Chocolate Smoothie with Frozen Strawberries added)

1/2 Bagel with Pumpkin Butter

Dinner
Grilled Chicken over Spaghetti Squash with Marinara and Parmesan

Refresh…I can eat 26 points a day.
I can earn Activity Points by doing exercise.
I have an allowance of 49 points that I can dip into if I chose.
I should drink a minimum of 6 (8 oz) glasses of water each day.
