Last week I had a very unexpected 6.8 pound weight loss that put me at my lowest weight yet, and that much closer to goal. But I must have been carrying some water weight, right? I have no idea. I knew I had a good week, but I did not expect that at all. I always weigh before I head out the door to my meeting. My home scale always says the same thing as the WW scale. Even though I didn’t quite get it, I was very happy to be at 165.
I go to my WW meetings on Fridays. I usually weigh at home the Tuesday after my meeting to see how things are going. When I got on the scale at home on Tuesday, it said 169! It just doesn’t make sense! I feel like salt might be the culprit, but is it really making me go up and down THAT much??? I know I will leave my meeting on Friday with a sad face.
In an effort to get into a “Happy Place”, I pretended my cute socks were puppets. Identical Twins. These cute little twins had a happy conversation and danced. I should have taped it. Not sure anyone would believe how long these twins talked to each other and danced. I called them Bobbi and Betty. I’m in a better mood. (I scare myself sometimes)
Then I had my second breakfast in a row of something besides Egg Whites.
Peach Greek Yogurt.
I thought ALL of the flavors were 4 PPV, but this one is only……
Yes, I sliced a 1/2 banana on top!

WW Chocolate Smoothie
2 T. PB2 (peanut butter powder)
1/2 frozen banana
I was trying to use up the chicken in the fridge, so I put these little guys together. Chicken on the bottom, 1/2 cherry tomato, pearl mozzarella balls, drizzled with balsamic vinegar and cracked black pepper.
Followed by a bag of this…….
Most of it didn’t pop, for some unknown reason, so I called it….
Later in the afternoon, a handful of nuts.
(They are salted. Maybe I push those to the back of the pantry.)
I LOVED my soup on Wednesday night! The chicken sausage made a huge difference in the flavor! Next time I will cut each slice of sausage into 1/4’s. I want to taste it in EVERY bite! I decided to cook up some quinoa and add to it for Thursdays dinner. Not too shabby. I finished it off with a tablespoon of shredded Parmesan.

I thought these were ALL 4 PPV, but this one is only 2 PPV! I checked it twice just to make sure. NINE grams of fiber!

I can earn Activity Points by doing exercise.
I have an allowance of 49 points that I can dip into if I chose.
I should drink a minimum of 6 (8 oz) glasses of water each day.

Weigh in is going to suck on Friday morning. I don’t know what else to say about it. I am going to look back at everything I ate the week of the 6.8 pound loss the week before, and retrace my steps.
Too many things planned this weekend to be bummed.
