(I know…I know….apples are to go as is, but I hate wondering what to do with the core when I’m driving!)
I let Mike have the end of the Skillet Meal. He made me promise that I would make it again soon. So I did. 🙂
I had a can of Progresso, mixed with a can of peas, topped with parm.
I ate a little over half.
I knew this would be an easy favorite this Fall…….
Pineapple with a little Lite Hershey drizzled over it.
Refresh…I can eat 26 points a day.
I can earn Activity Points by doing exercise.
I have an allowance of 49 points that I can dip into if I chose.
I should drink a minimum of 6 (8 oz) glasses of water each day.

Total = 23
Activity Points Earned Today = 4
Remaining points from my 49 Points Allowance = 11
How many glasses of water I drank today = 12
I walked on the treadmill for 50 minutes at an incline, did my PT and drank LOTS of H2O!
