Short post……but trying to save the shoulder.

I ate good, drank lots of water, ate lots of power foods. I did not exercise first thing, which was a mistake, and as usual, the day got away from me, so I didn’t earn any activity points. I will work extra hard to earn some activity points on Thursday!

Here’s the day eats…….

Egg whites
Laughing Cow Cheese
Bacon Bits

I like to warm the tortilla, spread the cheese wedge over the whole thing, fill it with scrambled eggs and 1 T. of bacon pieces and roll it up with a side of salsa!


Snack time! Power food!

Crawfish Mac and cheese…..AT THE FOOD TRUCK! Oh My………………

It’s Creamy Cheesy Baked Mac and Cheese topped with crawfish, corn and green onions that have been sautéed in BUTTER!

Banana with Better N Peanut Butter (yip….power food)

Sunset Grill for dinner…..
Hawaiian Chicken Skewers and Broccoli (this comes with roasted potatoes, and even though they are a power food and taste great, I substituted broccoli)

Refresh…I can eat 26 points a day.
I can earn Activity Points by doing exercise.
I have an allowance of 49 points that I can dip into if I chose.
I should drink a minimum of 6 (8 oz) glasses of water each day.
