I do like a smoothie after I sweat. Today’s choice was Creamy Coconut with some frozen pineapple added.
Even on a cold day, this really tasted yummy.

Tonight I just mixed a bunch of stuff up….
These are my favorite Tortilla’s because they are only 2 PPV, and they just taste so darn good. (Walmart, bottom shelf)
Added a bit of Lite Mexican Cheese from Trader Joe’s and red bell pepper.
Cheese…1/8 cup = 1 PPV
Topped with some black beans.
Then my turkey taco meat…
(it looks like a lot more in the picture than it actually is, I swear)
Roll it all up and grill with a little cooking spray….
Not too shabby…..
So tasty and low in points, I ate TWO!
(one with avocado in the middle……yummmmmm)

I didn’t get as many veggies in today as I would like to, but all in all, a pretty good Weight Watcher Day!
I wish I could bottle up that kick ass feeling at the end of a workout. Could someone PLEASE do that??
