Four Fabulous Miles of Fall

I was in a deep sleep at 6:30 am on Wednesday morning when the phone rang. Of course I panicked, wondering who was calling and what had happened. After getting tangled up in the blankets and climbing over both of the dogs to the other side of the bed, I was told by some man on the other end of the line that someone had been trying to hack into my email account and would this be a good time for me to get in front of my computer???? Um, no. And really? Are YOU the one trying to hack into my email??? While getting tangled up in the blankets, I totally tweaked my back, then I forgot that I was supposed to meet my friend to walk! That’s how my morning started off.

It didn’t matter though, because the 4 Mile walk that I DID take late in the afternoon, took all of my troubles from the last several days away. I know my phone doesn’t capture all of the beautiful colors, but this walk was gorgeous. The sun was low in the West and there were dark clouds in the East.   I seem to be a bit infatuated with the colors of the trees this Fall, but this was possibly the most peaceful walk that I have taken in a very long time.

Dinner = Baked Spaghetti Squash Casserole (5)
