“To Do’s” and Taco Soup!

1. Make lunch for the week

2. Clean House

3. Take Mike’s car to the shop…..again……

4. Exercise!!!

I made Taco Soup for lunches…..and the day’s dinner.

I cleaned a little house.

I did take Mike’s car in, and I’ll need to pick it up today.

I worked my butt of on that treadmill!!

I decided to make the Taco Soup for a few reasons.

It’s easy.

It’s delicious!

One Cup = 5 PointsPlus.

It freezes well.

Mike loves it.

I had all of the ingredients.

It’s one of those soup recipes that it really doesn’t need to be cold out for it to sound good, in my opinion. And I am hoping that Spring is on it’s way and that the cold will be leaving us, and soon!

Here are the day’s eats…..

Breakfast

Banana, Coffee with Skim Milk
