21 Day’s of Simple Weight Watcher Meal’s…Day 8

Today I had the pleasure of holding this little angel, as much as I wanted!

She was perfect all day long.

Would you believe that I put out a message on Facebook that I was looking for a jogging/walking stroller and a monitor, and within minutes I had both items….FOR FREE!! I love my neighborhood!

I’m looking forward to lots of long walks outside this month with my little Charlotte!

I can earn Activity Points by doing exercise, and eat them if I choose.

I have an allowance of 49 extra points that I can dip into throughout the week if I choose.

I should drink a minimum of 6 (8 oz) glasses of water each day.

Wine = (4)

Food Total = 27

Total with Wine = 31

Exercise = none, that baby wore me out!

How many glasses of water I drank = 12… Yay!

Activity Points Earned This Week = 11

Remaining points from my 49 Points Allowance = 17

Alcohol Consumption = Red Wine
