I’ve had to take a two day break from the blog. Sometimes….

Life Get’s In the Way…

I’ll be back tomorrow to continue my “21 Day’s of Simple Weight Watcher Meal’s”.

Right now, I am headed out the door to participate in a 5K with three friends. This came up at the last minute, so I’m looking forward to having one more 5K to add to my growing list!!

    Hi Tonya!

    I’m so happy for you that you are back at WW and it sounds like things are going really well! Great job on the 1.3 weight loss!

    I also feel like I get in a rut and eat the same things. I think we all do that. Although I had a little break in my “21 Day’s of Meals”, I am back and hoping to have a few more simple idea’s.

  2. Hi Julie…I am on my way to a healthy life as well. I joined WW the summer of 2013 at 179.8 at 5’2″and over the summer and early fall I lost 21 pounds, and then the holidays hit and I felt as though I were trapped. I stopped going to the meetings and by January had gained 7 pounds back. I regrouped with the help of my husband (my biggest supporter as well) and started going to the meetings again just 2 weeks ago and have already lost 1.3 pounds, I need the accountability. I really struggle with feeling as though I eat the same foods all the time and I was searching for recipes when somehow (Fate??) I came across your website and I wanted to take a few minutes to say THANKYOU!!! I am truly loving your recipes, comments, pictures, etc.! Your daily menu’s bring out a new interest in my meal planning!
