Trying To Catch Up!!

I honestly didn’t take the time to calculate or count any points yesterday OR Monday! Sometimes the few days after a vacation, I do a good job of making healthy choices, but I seem to have a hard time getting back into my routine of tracking. I over committed myself yesterday and I am still trying to write a blog post about my beach weekend! I’m really only writing about that more for myself than anything, but it will drive me crazy until I get it written and completed! I ate pretty well while I was out of town, and I walked the beach, AND I got in TWO yoga classes, so I am kind of excited to blog about it!

I’m a wee bit behind on my miles for September, but I’ll get em done!

I’ve made it before and I forgot how easy and yummy it was! I’ve eaten it over pasta, but last night I was going to eat it over Zoodles.

It was a really long and busy day, and by the time I was ready to eat, I wasn’t super hungry. I cut up half of a chicken breast and ate it over a small salad.
