Yesterday’s Focus? Activity!

It was a really productive day yesterday!

I got a lot of housework done, I ate well, (I was however only going to eat 26 points, and I ate 30) I drank a lot of water! I’d love to know how many steps I took going to the bathroom!

I’m trying to get a lot of activity in this week, and I had a successful day of that! I walked 6 Miles yesterday afternoon and I went to a 60 minute Yoga class last night. I got a good night’s sleep, and I feel ready to do it all over again today!

Yesterday was absolutely gorgeous outside, and today, I woke up to a light dusting of snow on the deck this morning, so those miles might be taking  place on the treadmill today. I’ll be going to a Yoga Stretch class this morning!

Breakfast

 I took a few Left Over Roasted Potatoes, diced them up, chopped up a little bell pepper, and tossed them in a skillet coated with cooking spray. I cooked them until the potatoes were crispy. I then added 2 wedges of laughing cow cheese and stirred until the cheese was soft and blended in. I put that on a plate, cooked and egg and added it to the top. I poked the egg so the yolk would run over the potatoes. Delish!

Weight Watcher’s Points Plus

I can eat 26 PPV a day.

I can earn Activity Points by doing exercise, and eat them if I choose.

I have an allowance of 49 extra points that I can dip into throughout the week if I choose.

I should drink a minimum of 6 (8 oz) glasses of water each day.
