Planning for the Challenges….

It was another successful day with challenges, and the planning paid off! This is a really detailed blog of how I got through yesterday, but I feel really focused because I have so much going on, and I don’t want a gain this week! My plan for this busy week is to earn a lot of activity points, and have them available to me. Successful Halloween….

I woke up Friday morning knowing I needed to have a really good day. I’ve not been “On Plan” the last several day, and by a good day, I mean I needed to stay within my points, not eat ANY candy, and have limited or no alcohol. Candy is a huge trigger food for me, and typically at Halloween, I’ve learned to buy candy that I don’t care for, Skittles, Starburst, the fruit stuff…NO CHOCOLATE! What did I buy this year? We had THREE Trick or Treaters last night! I have a huge bowl of chocolate bars in my house, and I didn’t eat ANY of them yesterday!
