January Challenge, Day 25

I had a great weekend, and I hope that you did too!

It was fun hanging out at my dads house along with my brother and my niece while we all played in my dad’s new camper on Saturday. I can’t wait to watch that project evolve! I spent all last night looking at Vintage Camper websites!

Sunday, Mike and I went to my mom’s for coffee and a little chit chat. Then, we went to Amiyah’s (one of our granddaughters) 5th Birthday Party at Pizza Street! Mike and I ate before we went. We passed on all pizza, pasta, cinnamon rolls, ice cream and pop. It smelled pretty darned good in that place!

We focused on this silly little girl instead of the food! I present to you…..Doc McStuffins!

I have lunch plans with a friend today, lots of water to get in this body, and I’m looking forward to a long walk outside and a Jazzercise class today!

I can eat 26 PPV a day.

I can earn Activity Points by doing exercise, and eat them if I choose.

I have an allowance of 49 extra points that I can dip into throughout the week if I choose.

I should drink a minimum of 6 (8 oz) glasses of water each day.

My Weight Watcher Week Begins on Friday’s

 

Breakfast = Oatmeal (5)

Lunch =  Turkey Burger, Quinoa (6)

Snacks = Pear, Banana, Almond Butter Toast (4)

Dinner = Butternut Squash Chili (8)

Total = 23

Exercise = Rest Day

Activity Points Earned for the Day = 0

Activity Points Earned This Week = 3

Activity Points Remaining This Week = 3

How many ounces of water I drank for the day = 80

Remaining points from my 49 Points Allowance = 40

 

This is What I Will Accomplish in 2015

  1. I will choose one occasion per month for Social Drinking
  2. I will go no more than two days in a row without some sort of exercise. (unless I’m sick)
  3. I will track every single day for the entire year. No matter what. I’ll track if I eat 26 points, I’ll track if I eat 76 points.
  4. I will RUN in a minimum of six 5K’s

  1. Well, you are sweet, but I’ve learned in a situation like that, I do better when I have nothing at all.

    You are right! I love that age! She says so many grown up things in this cute little voice, and it just cracks me up!

  2. You amaze me–I would not of been able to eat nothing.
    I would of watched my points but I would have eaten something.
    She is a cute little girl–I teach and love that age.
