I’ve been craving Mexican Restaurant Chicken Fajita’s for a week or two now! I wanted chips, I wanted refried beans and cheese, I wanted tortilla’s and I wanted a cold beer!
We had decided to meet some of my family for lunch yesterday afternoon and have a Mexican Feast! When it was time to order drinks…..I went with coffee and water. While the chips sat on the table…..I had none. When I ordered my Chicken Fajita’s, I asked for corn tortilla’s, no rice and black beans.
For Super Bowl, we kept it simple and stayed home. Pre Party was a Banana and an Apple! Whoo Whoo!!
That was a CrAZy final 3 minutes of a Super Bowl game though!

They brought 3 corn tortilla’s and I ate 2 of them. I ate the chicken, one bowl of the beans, and that little scoop of guac!
I did not eat the cheese, the sour cream, the sweet corn or any chips!!
I felt completely in control and satisfied. I loved my lunch!

- I will choose one occasion per month for Social Drinking
- I will go no more than two days in a row without some sort of exercise. (unless I’m sick)
- I will track every single day for the entire year. No matter what. I’ll track if I eat 26 points, I’ll track if I eat 76 points.
- I will RUN in a minimum of six 5K’s
