Happy and Healthy

A lot on the “to do” list today, so I’m out the door early.

Yesterday was a great Happy and Healthy day, and that’s my focus right now.

I went to Jazzercise, and I’m loving that class more and more!

I went to dinner afterwards with a girlfriend and I kept my beer drinking to just one. However, there was some sort of a delicious Cinnamon Biscuit that came out with my Salmon Caesar Salad along with 2 large pieces of garlic toast?? What the HECK??  I’m not sure what the Cinnamon Biscuit was all about, but I ordered a cup of coffee and thoroughly enjoyed it! I left the garlic toast alone….well, except for a taste.

Light English Muffin

Scrambled Egg Whites, 14 g Cheddar

30 g Avocado, Smashed with Lime Juice and Sea Salt

Weight Watcher’s Points Plus

I can eat 26 PPV a day.

I can earn Activity Points by doing exercise, and eat them if I choose.

I have an allowance of 49 extra points that I can dip into throughout the week if I choose.

I should drink a minimum of 6 (8 oz) glasses of water each day.

My Weight Watcher Week Begins on Friday’s

Remaining points from my 49 Points Allowance = 0

This is What I Will Accomplish in 2015

 

I will choose one occasion per month for Social Drinking (um…this is a work in progress)
I will go no more than two days in a row without exercise.
I will track every single day for the entire year. No matter what.
I will RUN in a minimum of six 5K’s. One down, 5 to go!
