Feeling a Little Blah……

It was such a long and fun weekend. The last of the long weekend of fun was a Monday night Happy Hour Birthday celebration with a few friends and more food and drink than I needed.

We actually had a Tornado Warning, and someone decided it was a great idea to go outside and take a look at the sky. This was posted to Facebook by someone living close to me.

But not scary enough, because we moved the party outside to the covered deck!

I ended up going to bed late on Monday night with a hint of a sore throat. Tuesday morning, I didn’t feel so great. I had a few things that I needed to get done, and by the afternoon, I was feeling pretty crappy.

I did make it to the grocery store….

We literally had no food.

Today I woke up with that Barky Cough! Ugh. Needless to say, I did not go to Jazzercise yesterday, and I would imagine that I will not be going again today. I’ll rest up, eat well, drink plenty of water and hot tea, and hopefully feel like myself before the weekend. It’s rainy and icky out today and we are working the food truck, but hopefully the day goes by quickly!

Here are yesterday’s eats…..

Breakfast – 4 PPV

Nutri Grain Waffle with Almond Butter and Black Coffee

Lunch – 4 PPV

Egg on Corn Tortilla with one wedge of Laughing Cow Cheese

Dinner – 16 PPV

Two Bowls of Turkey Taco Meat with added Black Beans, Corn and Zoodles. I put this all over a bed of quinoa and topped it with a little cheese and a spoonful of Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt. I was craving some comfort food and this hit the spot.

Weight Watcher’s Points Plus

I can eat 26 PPV a day.

I can earn Activity Points by doing exercise, and eat them if I choose.

I have an allowance of 49 extra points that I can dip into throughout the week if I choose.

I should drink a minimum of 6 (8 oz) glasses of water each day.

My Weight Watcher Week Begins on Friday’s

 

Breakfast = 4

Lunch = 4

Dinner = 16

Total = 24

 

Exercise = none

Activity Points Earned for the Day = 0

Activity Points Earned This Week = 0

How many ounces of water I drank for the day = 60

Remaining points from my 49 Points Allowance = 0

This is What I Will Accomplish in 2015

I will choose one occasion per month for Social Drinking (um…this is a work in progress)
I will go no more than two days in a row without exercise.
I will track every single day for the entire year. No matter what.
I will RUN in a minimum of six 5K’s. Two down, four to go!

 

Okay….I’m hoping to feel good tomorrow!

  2. The storms never got here but the rain did and I took advantage of it by staying in bed all morning.
    Hope you are back to good health and sun shine soon.
