Since I indulged a bit over the weekend, I wanted to make sure yesterday was a great and healthy day. I ate 26 points. I went to Jazzercise after lunch, and I went to Yoga before dinner!
I’m feeling pretty fantastic!
Guess who got an award for attending 25 Yoga Classes? This girl.
The Reward was a Chocolate Kiss. It made me giggle that I got a piece of candy as an award for exercising, but I think it’s dark chocolate, so I’m certain that it’s good for me. 🙂
Here are yesterday’s eats….
Breakfast – 6 PPV
We have a produce stand down the road that had the best peaches last year, and I could hardly wait to get my hands on some of those this year! Yesterday was the day! I swear they are as sweet as candy.
