I’ll be quick today. Heading out the door to my Weight Watchers meeting this mooring. Yay!

Instead of Jazzercise class yesterday, I went to Hot Yoga last night. I love both of my classes, but I’m going to try to alternate them. That Hot Yoga class really makes me feel awesome, strong, happy, so many good things…..it was a great way to end my WW week.

Last night’s dinner….Grilled Chicken Taco Salad. Mike requested Grilled Chicken Salad all week, to which I replied….”That’s dumb.” I like to mix things up and I get bored easily. I had no desire to eat the same thing for dinner every night. Then I thought, let’s just see how many different salads I can come up with this week!

Here are yesterday’s eats….

Breakfast – 7 PPV

Un-Pictured Frothy Coffee, Blueberry Oatmeal topped with 1 tsp Almond Butter, Scrambled Egg Whites with Salsa

Market Salad with a little Chicken Salad at the food truck.

Dinner – 10 PPV

Grilled Chicken Taco Salad. I chopped up some leftover Grilled Chicken and added water and homemade taco seasoning and simmered it for a few minutes. I added 3 oz of that Chicken to a bed of mixed greens and topped that with 30 g of cooked, diced potato, 1/4 C. Kidney Beans, 30 g Avocado, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber, Bell Pepper, 14 g Cheddar Cheese, 1 T. ff Catalina Dressing and 1 T. Light Sour Cream.

Snack – 1 PPV

3 Dried Figs. These look disgusting, I’m aware. I’ve never bought fig’s in any form other than a Fig Newton. I saw them in the bulk bin and I was curious. Yep, tasted just like the inside of a fig newton! I would try these again if they weren’t so dry. It’s always good to try new things.

Weight Watcher’s Points Plus

I can eat 26 PPV a day.

I can earn Activity Points by doing exercise, and eat them if I choose.

I have an allowance of 49 extra points that I can dip into throughout the week if I choose.

I should drink a minimum of 6 (8 oz) glasses of water each day.

My Weight Watcher Week Begins on Friday’s

 

Breakfast = 7

Lunch = 8

Snack’s = 1

Dinner = 10

Total = 26

 

Exercise = Hot Yoga

Activity Points Earned for the Day = 4

Activity Points Earned This Week = 27

Activity Points Remaining This Week = 27

How many ounces of water I drank for the day = 70

Remaining points from my 49 Points Allowance = 29

 

This is What I Will Accomplish in 2015

I will choose one occasion per month for Social Drinking (um..this is a work in progress)

I will go no more than two days in a row without exercise. (I’ve done “two a day’s” to make up)

I will track every single day of the entire year. (I’ve only NOT tracked one weekend this year.)

I will run in a minimum of six 5K’s. Three down, three to go!
