Yesterday was a busy day, and today has been no different. Today is Mike’s birthday but I’ll tell you all about what I did today, tomorrow, and tell you just a little bit about what I did yesterday, today.
I’m writing this super fast today, so expect some errors (more than usual, I should say)
Friday started off with a trip to Doggie Day Care (this is not a joke) since I was going to be gone all day and didn’t want to come home to pee….or poop….which I may have from one dog who shall not be named, but he’s the white dog, not the brown dog.
Then off to my WW meeting. My weight stayed the same. I’m really tempted to count points, because even though we are doing 100% everything we are supposed to be doing, I’d still like to lose weight, and I’m wondering if I’m still eating too many calories/points?
Went from WW to work the food truck downtown. We made lunch for an awesome group of employees’ s at JE Dunn Construction Company here in Kansas City. Those folks stood in line in the cold for lunch and were all so nice! Lots of costumes too! Fun day.
Then errands, then a quick hello to a few friends having Happy Hour, then to pick up the dogs.
Then I made Chili. I made the recipe from the Whole30 book. Soooo Good!
Then we curled up on the couch to watch the Royals game, and they lost, and it was sad.
Tonight, we’re winning! I just know it!
I found these little treats at the grocery store in the produce department. They are Dates, Pecans, Cinnamon, Allspice, Nutmeg Ginger. I had a couple with dinner last night, and I’m taking them to our friends for Halloween this evening.
Okay, here are yesterday’s eats…..Gotta check the Roasted Chicken and Vegetables in the oven!
After WW, while driving downtown. Dried Apples, Walnuts and a Banana.
After the rush at the Food Truck. We pretty much sold out of everything, so I was glad I brought my lunch! Tuna, Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumbers. This bowl of food looks small, but it was actually a big bowl of food.
Chili over Spaghetti Squash topped with Avocado. This was really good, and I didn’t even miss the beans, cheese or sour cream that I would usually eat with my Chili. (Mike snuck a second bowl)
Pumpkin Pie Spiced Date Rolls and Pumpkin Spice Hot Tea
Exercise = none
Water Consumed = 70 oz
This is What I Will Accomplish in 2015
I will choose one occasion per month for Social Drinking (um..this is a work in progress)
I will go no more than two days in a row without exercise. (I’ve done “two a day’s” to make up, and slacked lately)
I will track every single day of the entire year. (I’ve only NOT tracked a few weekends this year.)
I will not be tracking my food while doing the Whole30.
I will run in a minimum of six 5K’s. Four down, two to go!
