Today…Eat Less, Move More

I’ve been eating out way too much this week, and I said that I would eat a healthy dinner at home last night, and I did. But…..I was out and about all day yesterday, and ate lunch at Chipotle. While I think I can make a pretty healthy choice at Chipotle, I added guac to my Bowl, and there was a ton of it! I scraped half of it off, then went back into that scraped off scoop and grabbed a couple of bites of it anyhow.

I was gone for most of the day, then cooked dinner, then chatted with Mike about our days. When we sat down on the couch for the remainder of the evening a little after 8:00 pm, it was then that i was like….well crap! I completely forgot to take my walk today.

So, I ate healthy food yesterday, but I ate too much food, then I didn’t exercise. Not the day I had planned for myself.

Here are yesterday’s eats…..

Pre-Breakfast – 1 PPV

Frothy Coffee made with Pumpkin Spice Coffee, Pumpkin Spice Sweetleaf Drops, Frothy Skim Milk and topped with Pumpkin Pie Spice

Breakfast – 6 PPV

Scrambled Egg Whites with one Queso Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge stirred in, and stuffed into a Carb Balance Tortilla. I sprayed a skillet with cooking spray and put the filled tortilla in the skillet to make it just a bit crispy. Served with Salsa, Sweet Potatoes and Strawberries. It was crispy enough that I could pick it up and eat it just like a taco!

Lunch – 15 PPV

Chipotle Bowl. Should have skipped the guac. They give you a TON, and I scooped a lot of it off!

I order my bowl with no rice and no sour cream.

My bowl is Chicken, Black Beans, Tomatoes, Corn, Fajita Veggies, Light Cheese, and Guac.

Snack – 4 PPV

I found these in the health food department of my grocery store. Really good too! They are made in Kansas City.

This package contains 2 balls. One ball = 2 PointsPlus.

Ingredients: Organic Peanut Butter, Honey, Medjool Dates, Oats, Sea Salt

Dinner – 6 PPV

Mike and I were chatting away about our day and I forgot to take a picture.

Bun-less Grilled Turkey Burger with Cheddar and grilled asparagus.

Weight Watcher’s Points Plus

I can eat 26 PPV a day.

I can earn Activity Points by doing exercise, and eat them if I choose.

I have an allowance of 49 extra points that I can dip into throughout the week if I choose.

I should drink a minimum of 6 (8 oz) glasses of water each day.

My Weight Watcher Week Begins on Friday’s

 

Breakfast = 7

Lunch = 15

Snack = 4

Dinner = 6

Total = 32

Activity Points Earned for the Day = 0

Activity Points Earned This Week = 0

This is What I Will Accomplish in 2015

I will choose one occasion per month for Social Drinking (um..this is a work in progress)

I will go no more than two days in a row without exercise. (I’ve done “two a day’s” to make up)

I will track every single day of the entire year. (I’ve only NOT tracked a few weekends this year.)

I will run in a minimum of six 5K’s. Three down, three to go!
