Dallas and the Dixie Chicks

It was a record day at the food truck yesterday. I think that was the busiest day that we have ever had in our Wednesday spot. And….it was hotter than H – E –  Double Hockey sticks!!! I came home and took a cold shower and decided not to do any exercise. I’m fairly certain that I earned some activity points in the truck. If I didn’t, I lost a pound in sweat.

I may have snap chatted a few things. 🙂

I’m headed to Dallas today to visit Tess, my daughter. She asked me several months ago if I wanted to come down and go to the Dixie Chicks concert, and I jumped on it! I did find out yesterday that we are attending an OUTDOOR concert and it’s going to be close to 100. Fun you guys!! (Major eye roll here) Ah, I’m kidding. We are going to have a great time. She has a great long weekend planned out for us and I always love our visits.

Thursday night, possibly her knew step class. Friday morning, her WW meeting, then a long walk on the Katy Trail and lunch. Friday night the concert. Saturday, step class and lots of play time. Sunday, church with her and her boyfriend, then brunch. I’m coming home on Monday and I’ll be taking a blogging break while I’m gone.

I hope you all have a great weekend!

Here are yesterday’s eats..
