It’s A Girl!!!

October 26, 2016

On Sunday, our son and daughter-in-law, Jake and Jordan, had both sides of the family over for a reveal party! Remember back in the old days when you didn’t have a clue if it was a boy or a girl until the baby was born????? Ahhhh…..the good old days. lol. We even got to see a 3-D sonogram picture!! Adorable. Of course.

Jordan went all out with the party and everything was so stinkin cute!

This was on the porch right before walking into the house.

Then we had to guess. I knew it was a girl! šŸ™‚ You can see my “Gigi” bow on the bottom right.

So excited to watch our family grow!

Jake is our oldest, and this is their first!

The whole house was decorated so darned cute! The smell of Hot Cider in the kitchen filled the house.

Jordan’s dad and three brothers were on Hamburger and Brat duty. This is Jordan’s parents first grand baby, and one of her brothers and his wife just recently announced that they are pregnant too! So excited for Jordan’s parents to have two grand babies on the way!

Mike enjoyed some time with his two grand daughters on the front porch, swinging. So sweet. These girls love their Papa Mike.

Tess and Jordan were chatting away on the porch, and I told them that they actually look more like sisters than sister-in-laws! You can see one our our grandson’s, Malik, peeking in there too. Our other grandson, Alex, didn’t get to come, but we are looking forward to seeing him and all being together on Thanksgiving!

It was a great day spent at Jake and Jordan’s. The evening ended with me dropping of Tess at the airport and saying good bye until next month!

I do love a weekend spent with family!

Thank you Nancy. For all of your sweet comments. I do love the way that they have decorated their house. And it is an older home in the cutest neighborhood!

So excited for a new little girl in the fam!

    Have a great weekend!

  2. I just love their house especially around the fireplace.
She could be Tess’ sister because she has a flair for decorating just like you. Wonderful family pictures.
And you had time for work–wow.
Oh almost forgot to say–congrats on new baby girl.
