A Quick Hello today

Just stopping in to say “Hi”. I’m posting daily over this long weekend to keep myself accountable, so these next several post will be boring, unless I happen to eat something spectacular!!

It has been an awesome first week back on plan and tracking and walking. Tess and I are headed out the door soon to my WW meeting. It will be nice to have her with me this morning. 

Tess and Manuel are here until Monday and we have all sorts of fun family plans and their wedding to plan! Lots going on!

I got my 10,000 steps in yesterday and Tess and Tucker joined me on my walk.

Poached Eggs, Fruit, Potatoes and Avocado

Rotisserie Chicken Breast and Berries on my lap in the car and on the go!

Baked Almond Chicken Fingers (5 SP) un-pictured Honey Mustard (5 SP), Salad (3 SP) and Roasted New Potatoes, some un-pictured (5 SP)
