I am doing this blog for myself. Journaling is a way for me to keep myself accountable in my weight loss journey. I have always liked to write about my day to day life, and blogging seemed like a fun way to keep myself on track with my weight loss while throwing in a little humor about living.

Weight Watcher SmartPoints
When I calculate the SmartPoints on a recipe that I make, I am calculating those SmartPoints based on the information that I have been given at my Weight Watcher Meetings, the food labels that I have in front of me at the time and the food that I am weighing or measuring. I try to be as accurate as possible. Points calculated by me are approximate and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. I am trying to provide “Ideas” for meals that I think taste great when following the Weight Watcher plan.
