I am a Weight Watcher Leader and a member of their brand ambassador program. As an employee, I am paid for my participation but I choose to participate because of the impact that Weight Watchers has had on me personally. I may receive exclusive brand access (e.g. trying a new product before it’s released, appearing in brand advertising, free swag, etc.) or a prize. My post and my opinions are my own and do not reflect the opinions of Weight Watchers.
I am doing this blog for myself. Journaling is a way for me to keep myself accountable in my weight loss journey. I have always liked to write about my day to day life, and blogging seemed like a fun way to keep myself on track with my weight loss while throwing in a little humor about living.
If you are reading my blog and enjoying it, and finding a little motivation to live the healthiest life that you can live, then you’re getting exactly out of my blog what I had hoped for.
Freestyle – I will update the recipes on my blog as time allows. Thank you for your patience.
The updated recipes will say “Freestyle SmartPoints”
If a recipe only says SmartPoints, then that recipe has yet to be updated.
When I calculate the SmartPoints on a recipe that I make, I am calculating those SmartPoints based on the food labels that I have in front of me at the time and the food that I am weighing or measuring. I try to be as accurate as possible. SmartPoints calculated by me are approximate and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. I am trying to provide “Ideas” for meals that I think taste great when following the Weight Watcher plan.

People following the Weight Watchers program can expect to lose 1-2 lbs/per week. I lost weight on a prior program and WW Freestyle.
