If you are not a Weight Watcher’s member, or if you live in a cave, you may not know that the Weight Watcher’s system is based on how many points you are allowed to eat in a day to lose weight at a healthy rate while also learning portion control and a proper well balanced diet.
The SmartPoints plan figures points based on the following information.
c) Saturated Fat
Most of my recipes on this blog are based on the PointsPlus plan, and I will try to those as I make them myself.
When I calculate the SmartPoints on a recipe that I make, I am calculating those SmartPoints based on the information that I have been given at my Weight Watcher Meetings, the food labels that I have in front of me at the time and the food that I am weighing or measuring. I try to be as accurate as possible. Points calculated by me are approximate and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. I am trying to provide “Ideas” for meals that I think taste great when following the Weight Watcher plan.
