It was a fun and busy Saturday celebrating my mom’s birthday, and the birthday of one of my girlfriend’s. I took my mom to brunch, then we hit up the City Market so Mom could gather a few veggies for a big pot of soup!
The weather the last couple of days has been in the 70’s, my absolute favorite, so I’ve spent as much time outside as possible. After spending time with mom, Tucker and I took a 3 mile walk and saw all sorts of neighbors and dogs along the way. Did I mention that it was GORGEOUS outside??
After a great day outside, we met a few friends for dinner and a birthday celebration.
It was a late…..late night that ended with dancing……lots of music and lots of dancing and lots of fun.
We ordered bottles of Wine and Sushi Rolls at dinner, and shared everything, so I’m making my best guess for the evening on how many points I consumed, then I added an extra 5 points, just to be safe.
I haven’t had the most balanced diet the last two days with wine and peanuts for dinner on Friday, and wine and sushi for dinner last night, but I’m looking forward to a successful and healthy week of balanced meals and exercise.
We went to bed after 2:00 am, and slept until 10:00 am! Now for a little Sunday Funday Football on the couch and some meal planning for the week!

Corn Tortilla Breakfast Taco’s with Egg Whites, Black Beans, Jalapeno’s, Avocado, lettuce and breakfast potatoes.

I can eat 26 PPV a day.
I can earn Activity Points by doing exercise, and eat them if I choose.
I have an allowance of 49 extra points that I can dip into throughout the week if I choose.
I should drink a minimum of 6 (8 oz) glasses of water each day.

This is What I Will Accomplish in 2015
I will choose one occasion per month for Social Drinking (um..this is a work in progress)
I will go no more than two days in a row without exercise. (I’ve done “two a day’s” to make up)
I will track every single day of the entire year. (I’ve only NOT tracked a few weekends this year.)
I will run in a minimum of six 5K’s. Three down, three to go!
