June Goals Wait. June is over? Can you believe 2014 is already HALF over? Geeezzzz. For my June Goals, I decided to try two new produce items each week, and run one mile everyday. New Produce Items Parsnips….While boiling them for Whipped Parsnips, I thought they smelled disgusting, so I threw them out. Radicchio….I roasted it with Goat Cheese. Looked and smelled delicious.
