I got, got, got, got no time………

Okay, for real. I got no time for a long post today, I am out the door to work at the Food Truck, Beauty of the Bistro, in the West Bottoms of Kansas City today! We’ll be there tomorrow too! If you’re looking for a fun afternoon out, come shop and enjoy some awesome FOOD!!

There will be other Food Trucks there too, but you have GOT to come see us! Sidney serves up some awesome food outta this big old truck. My personal favorite are the Boom Boom Taco’s! Well, it was my favorite, until she started making the Boom Boom Burger!! I say this because a couple of weeks ago, I took my first bite of the Boom Boom Burger. Then I took one more bite. And then I took just one more bite. And maybe one more after that. I’m not sure how many bites it actually was, but it was HALF the burger, and I only wanted a taste!

Thursday was an awesome day filled with exercise, errands and chores.

Since I’ll be having fun at the Food Truck for most of the day on Friday, I’ll be weighing in at Weight Watchers on Saturday morning! If I can keep myself on track on Friday and stay away from salt and drink all of my water, I should be in really good shape for my weigh in, but the water will be a challenge. I’m assuming my bathroom options are limited????
