Nicely played, Chiefs!

Friends, Food and Football. I love Fall and I am soooo ready for it! I started off my Sunday with a Pumpkin Nonfat Latte from Starbucks, then we headed to friends house to cheer on the KC Chiefs! Our wonderful hostess did an awesome job of making lots of yummies too!

Sunday evening at home was a whole lot of Football and very little of anything else. I loved it!

Keeping it short today…..lots on the “To Do List”.

Refresh…I can eat 26 points a day.

I can earn Activity Points by doing exercise, and eat them if I choose.

I have an allowance of 49 points that I can dip into if I chose.

Dinner = Breakfast Scramble….1 Egg, 3 Egg Whites, Turkey Sausage, Onions, Mushrooms, Cheese, Tomatoes, Cantaloupe (6)

Snack = a few bites of Candy Corn at the Football Party (4)

Total = 29
