Grilled Cheese and Apple Sandwich

5 Weight Watcher PointsPlus

2 Slices of Trader Joe’s Sprouted 7 Grain Bread

2 Slices of 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Apple Slices

1 T. Light Spread



Slice an apple into really thin slices. You only need a few slices, so crunch on the rest while you make your sandwich, save them for later, or dip them in nut butter for dessert!



It’s a grilled cheese sandwich, you know what to do!



Top it off with the remaining slice of cheese to hold the apple slices in there and the second slice of bread.



l love the crunch and the sweetness of this sandwich!
