Here is my example.
One Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge is 1 PPV.
Two Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges is also only 1 PPV.
Cool, right?
1 Tablespoon of grated Parmesan Cheese is 1 PPV.
2 Tablespoons is also 2 PPV. This is awesome because I think Parmesan cheese taste great on just about anything!
However, 1 WW String Cheese is 1 PPV.
BUT, 2 WW String Cheese is 3 PPV!
So make sure if you are eating two servings of ANY food, to calculate your total protein, fiber, carbs and fat. I have noticed on several things that 2 servings can more than double the points. You might be eating more PPV than you think, OR WORSE, you could be short changing yourself and you could eat more!
