Today I made a schedule for myself to follow throughout the week. I know it will help me get on track with things, and I will feel more organized and productive, which will lead to the “Happy Me” that I’ve been missing.
I had my drinks at the Lake, and I had my drinks with my daughter for her birthday. Now……no more until I reach 150 pounds…..
Let the fun begin!
Today I mowed the lawn, did the treadmill for 30 minutes, and did weights.

“love the life you live, live the life you love”
How cool is it to say “maintenance” ? I am sure it will take some adjustment mentally to say you are “there” instead of “trying to get there”. The whole Power Foods definitely helps me not be hungry, but I know you know that. It was just the first thing I thought of. The 5K went well! I’ll post about it tomorrow! Have a great Week Libby!
I love a schedule! I have been trying to plan my meals, even my snacks and that helps me some. I am doing my first week of maintenance and I dont feel like my mind is in it all:( I have been so hungry this week and I wonder if it is just because WW is telling me to eat more points? I still want to fight against that and feel like I’m cheating. I think it is a mental block cause I’m not working out any harder so I dont know where the hunger is coming from.
