Apparently the perfect recipe for a great nights sleep because Monday night I slept like a baby!
I had a massage Tuesday that was long overdue…..
I wish I would have thought to ask my doctor for a muscle relaxer WAY before now, and I wish I wish I would have scheduled a massage WEEKS ago! When this happened last time, I got a muscle relaxer and it greatly improved my nights sleep! I was also reminded a couple of days ago about the use of Ben Gay! This has made a huge difference in being able to relax in the evening right before bedtime. Wednesday is my final appointment with the Physical Therapist, and I feel just like I did when I started, so I have no idea what to expect. I would assume a visit back to the Dr.??
Urg.
Breakfast
(Yay! I bought a new omelet pan. Remember how I almost burned down my house a week or so ago, and in the process, ruined my omelet pan?)
4 Egg Whites
1 T. Bacon Pieces
1 Slice Reduced Fat Kraft Sharp Cheddar
1 High Fiber English Muffin, Toasted
Cut in half for open faced!
If you divide up one slice of cheese, it fits perfectly!
Then, I decided to grab a big coffee mug out of the cupboard, and cut my eggs into circles. Another perfect fit!!

Glad you got some needed sleep and I hope you get some relief soon from your neck pain! No fun at all! I had to laugh cause either me or my husband comes to bed smelling like Ben Gay every night! Sigh
