Yesterday was a busy and successful day with healthy eats, lots of water and walking outside! I’m keeping today’s post simple.

I can earn Activity Points by doing exercise, and eat them if I choose.
I have an allowance of 49 points that I can dip into if I chose.
I should drink a minimum of 6 (8 oz) glasses of water each day.

Breakfast = 4 Egg Whites, Cheese, English muffin, Pumpkin Butter, Coffee with Skim Milk (9)
Snack = Whey Protein Shake with frozen Strawberries (3)
Lunch = Peppers, Chicken, Cheese, Grapes (6)
Snack = Baked Sweet Potato with a little Splenda Brown Sugar (3)
Dinner = Potatoes, Onions, Turkey Breakfast Sausage, Cheese, Topped with one egg (10)
Total = 31
Today’s Exercise = walked 4.5 Miles
How many glasses of water I drank today = 15
Activity Points Earned Today = 4
Activity Points Earned This Week = 9
Remaining points from my 49 Points Allowance = 24
Alcohol consumption = none
