I Burned Some Serious Calories!!

Hopefully I burned off some of those calories during the day on Thursday that I had at my dinner out Wednesday night!

Yesterday, I went to a 30 Minute Core Yoga Class at 9:00 am. Then I went to the 60 minute Yoga class that follows that! I forgot to eat breakfast before I left, so I came home ready to eat the house! We were out of eggs, and I wasn’t in the mood for oatmeal, and I was in a rush. Leftovers were sounding pretty good. It was one of the oddest eating days that I have had in a while. After a quick bite, I met a friend for yet ANOTHER Yoga class. This one was a 60 minute Hot Yoga Class. My friend could bring a guest for Free, and I thought it would be fun to check it out, and maybe sweat a little. Okay, there was a LOT of sweat. That class was crazy! About an hour and a half after that class was over, I mowed the lawn.

I had to have burned some serious calories. Don’t ya think??
