The Kansas City Royals win!
I finished up my “Walking 100 Miles in September” challenge
I finished painting and redecorating my bedroom!
The Scale went down!
It was a late night in Kansas City last night and the adrenaline rush made it really hard to go to sleep! But after 12 innings, the Royals came away with a win!
I got the idea for the walking challenge from someone that I follow on Instagram! It was a great way to get me out the door on days that I likely would have made excuses. Now I need to come up with a Challenge for October!
After several months of pondering what I wanted to do, and shopping for some inspiration, I found some curtains that I liked, and based the whole room around them. I’m really happy with the way that it all turned out!

The Scale has finally dropped back below 170, so all around, it’s been a really great few days!

I will have only 26 Points per day.
I will walk 20 Miles this week.
I will attend 1 Yoga class this week.
I will drink 10 (8 oz) Glasses of water each day.
I will NOT eat earned activity points.
I will NOT dip into my allowed 49 Points.
Breakfast = Banana and Coffee (0)
Lunch = Veggies, Veggie Burger and an Egg (10)
Dinner = Potluck of veggies and chicken (13)
Total = 23
Exercise = Walked 4.8 Miles
How many glasses of water I drank for the day = 10
