January Challenge, Day 18

I’ve had major computer issues these past two days, and I’ve had to send my daughter each of my food pictures, and then have her email them to me so I could post them. It was a pain, so I didn’t have her do that today and I have no pictures of yesterdays eats.
 
I did however just spend an hour and a half at the Genius Bar at the Apple store, and all of my email issues, picture issues and any other computer issues that I have experienced since the beginning of November are now all solved. Yay Genius Bar!! Everything will be back to normal in tomorrow’s post.
 
If I sent you an email in the last two months, you likely just received it today!
 
For the entire weekend, I broke a couple of my food rules for the month. I had a small nonfat latte at the airport going to Dallas, and I had one on the way back from Dallas, I had a Cliff bar for my lunch (I’m doing a great job of staying away from sugar and packaged foods so far this month, but my stomach was making all sorts of noises and I discovered the bar in my carry on luggage from my last trip!) and I participated in a champagne toast (1/4 cup) for one of Tess’ friends. Other than that, we cooked at home, I drank a ton of water, I went out with the kids and had coffee or water instead of any alcoholic beverages, we went to a WW meeting on Friday morning, and we even made it to the gym on Friday for our 5K training! I think it was a super successful trip!
 
When I got home, I had a really stiff neck that’s been building for a week or so, and a nice headache to go along with it. I had no appetite, so my eating yesterday was really weird. I didn’t have one vegetable, and I didn’t get in all of my water.
 
I feel much better today, so lots of veggies on the menu and a nice long walk outside!

This is What I Will Accomplish in 2015

  1. I will choose one occasion per month for Social Drinking
  2. I will go no more than two days in a row without some sort of exercise. (unless I’m sick)
  3. I will track every single day for the entire year. No matter what. I’ll track if I eat 26 points, I’ll track if I eat 76 points.
  4. I will RUN in a minimum of six 5K’s
