Happy Weekend!

I spent Thursday evening with my Little Sis, Samone, baking cupcakes and making pizza’s here at the house.

I experimented with a Cauliflower Crust. It smelled delicious in the oven!

I’ll experiment with it again, and post the recipe when I come up with some amazing toppings! The crust wasn’t bad, I just think it could have been better and I could have been a little more creative with my toppings!

She also decorated 24 cupcakes and we both made a nice mess in the kitchen!

Friday morning, I threw the remainder of the cupcakes away!

I headed out the door to work at the Food Truck in Downtown Kansas City!

We had some beautiful weather here in KC yesterday, and it’s looking like the rest of the weekend will be beautiful and sunny as well!

Since it was so nice outside, guess who got to go to Day Care?? He was just as happy as I was to see the sunshine yesterday!

I’m heading to my dad’s house to help work on his new toy! (And by help, I mean watch.) He bought a 1966 Travel Trailer, and for some reason, I am in love with it! I told him I want to work on it with him. I also told him that if he wants to fix it all up and sell, I want to buy it!! I know my brother will be over there too! Sounds like a great way to enjoy a little family time! I can totally see myself pulling this thing around the country and finding all sorts of great little camping spots! I have Mike’s retirement all planned out for him! 🙂

I wasn’t able to get to my WW meeting Friday morning, and the last two weeks have not been the best.

This week will prove to be much better and I’m looking forward to getting in a few sunny walks outside!

Last night, we had dinner plans with friends and went to the Drunken Fish for the first time. I loved it! I’m a little afraid of sushi and have never really been a fan of the raw stuff, but I did try to step out of my “California Roll” box last night, and order a little something different. I really did like my dinner, and I likely ate more than I should have. I’m having a hard time finding out how many points I ate exactly, so I’m giving it my best guess. Hopefully, I am OVER guessing.

Weight Watcher’s Points Plus

I can eat 26 PPV a day.

I can earn Activity Points by doing exercise, and eat them if I choose.

I have an allowance of 49 extra points that I can dip into throughout the week if I choose.

I should drink a minimum of 6 (8 oz) glasses of water each day.

Dinner = Sushi, Wine  (30)

Total = 46

Exercise = none

Activity Points Earned for the Day = 0

Activity Points Remaining This Week = 0

How many ounces of water I drank for the day = 80

Remaining points from my 49 Points Allowance = 29

 

This is What I Will Accomplish in 2015

  1. I will choose one occasion per month for Social Drinking
  2. I will go no more than two days in a row without exercise. (unless I’m sick..or break a bone!!)
  3. I will track every single day for the entire year. No matter what. I’ll track if I eat 26 points, I’ll track if I eat 76 points.
  4. I will RUN in a minimum of six 5K’s
