Yikes! I had to revise my post from yesterday, because I completely forgot to include Jazzercise in my daily activity points or even mention the fact that I went to Jazzercise on Wednesday. How I could forget to mention a sweaty hour of jumping up and down, I do not know. But, I did. My activity points are all updated now.
It was another day at the food truck yesterday! This is me getting ready to take orders! Seriously….I love this job.
And these are the two awesome people that I get the pleasure of working with! Sidney, the boss, the owner, the creator, the genius, is on the left, and that’s Nina on the right. She’s okay.
Yeah, totally kidding. I am in love with Nina, and she is leaving us in two weeks to move to Norway for a year! She’s going to be so hard to replace. The three of us really do have a great time working together!
I packed an apple and some carrots for my lunch yesterday. I think because I ate so little on Wednesday, I was starving all day yesterday, so I did cave in and have a little pork taco with no tortilla and two bites of mac and cheese. Literally….two bites.
After coming home from some food truck fun, I went to Verizon with my mom for her third phone in two weeks. I’m so over Verizon visits. I really have a good feeling about this phone though. I’m keeping my fingers crossed! Old people and phones!! Just kidding, Mom.
Then, I stopped at our favorite neighborhood spot (mind you, I am still in the clothes that I have had on all day, and I smell like hamburgers and sweat), plopped down at the bar, and ordered a beer to drink and two salads to go!
After dinner, Mike and Tucker and I walked 3 miles. I am loving that Mike is walking with me and I hope he keeps it up! Then I took our older dog, Mishka, for a one mile walk.
I’m not going to be able to make it to my WW meeting this morning, but according to my home scale, (it’s fairly accurate) I’m down one pound from last Friday. I might be able to get to a meeting on Saturday so I can have an official weigh in. We’ll see. I was hoping for more than one pound, but i did have pork and a beer yesterday, and I know my body and salt! Maybe a Saturday weigh in could be a good thing!!

Breakfast – 8 PPV

Pork Taco, No Tortilla, Carrots and Un-Pictured Apple and Un-pictured 2 bites of mac and cheese.
Dinner – 16 PPV
Blackened Salmon Caesar Salad, No Dressing (so…its salmon and romaine…but I LOVE it!) Un-pictured 1/4 avocado off of Mike’s Salad (how anyone can not like an avocado, I’ll never know, but he doesn’t.) and a beer at the bar.

I can earn Activity Points by doing exercise, and eat them if I choose.
I have an allowance of 49 extra points that I can dip into throughout the week if I choose.
