Lots of time shopping. Little time blogging. Eating yummy and healthy food, but having too many cocktails.
I did not get the info I was hoping for on Friday at my WW meeting, but through Instagram and Good Morning America this morning, I feel a little more informed. I love change and I get bored easily, so I’m exciting for the changes, and I can only imagine they will be great and positive changes that will help lead us all down the right path.
The app wasn’t working for me this last week, but apparently I wasn’t the only one. It appeared to work fine yesterday and this morning, so Yay!
I’m keeping this short and not posting my food from the last few days. I’ve been eating a lot of the same foods that I usually eat, so no new recipes or links to recipes, but for certain too many cocktails!!
I’m starting today with a yummy hash and a Jazzercise class.
Brussels Sprouts, Zucchini, Orange Bell Pepper, Red Onion, Sweet Potato topped with one Egg White and One Egg and Chopped Avocado. 7 Points…..I think now they are called SmartPoints?

I just read my WW email too! I’m excited for my meeting on Friday! Sounds like lots of new and great info!

I’m still waiting for my Friday meeting to just get here already, and I’m getting anxious!
I got a new email from WW this morning and checked out all the new information. I also looked at the new calculator and downloaded a 15 page tutorial on how to set it up–lol.
Emily Bites had a blog about it also–she was asked to try it for 3 weeks
and I will be eating a bit healthier in the coming weeks and my body will thank me.
We had the same breakfast this am except mine was sans the peppers! It’s 5 hours later and I am still feeling very full and the sugar dragon is still in the cave! Yea!!!! Gee, there might be something to this! Ronda
I was looking through a few cookbooks yesterday and noticed few had saturated fat listed. Did they say how it will work if only the fat grams are listed–I guess I’ll have to wait until my meeting Saturday.
I know we need this to be healthier people.
I did notice eggs went up a point but I’m still going to eat my two for breakfast because they hold me until I can eat lunch and at school sometimes lunch gets skipped.
