There was little time for eating yesterday, and that’s ironic, because I was surrounded by food while working at the Food Truck. All of that deliciousness can be really tempting!
You guys, everyone should be so fortunate to have a fun job.
We have a lot of fun customers. A few of them, I really enjoy harassing. I think they now expect it. I handed my phone to a regular customer that I like to harass, and asked him to take my picture while we cooked up his burger.
Me: “Will you take my picture with my phone? Wait, do you know how to do that?”
Him: grumble grumble
Me: “I still don’t think you know what you’re doing. You’re holding it all wrong.”
Him: grumble grumble
Me: “Okay, I think you’ve got it now. Cheese.”
Do you get to have this much fun at your job? I hope so.
This is our office every Wednesday at Beauty of the Bistro. Yesterday, we switched things up a bit, and this dude took orders instead of me, while I accessorized the Burgers and Pork Taco’s. (The dude is also the bosses son.)
Burger time!
These buttered buns are anticipating their burger and accessories.
We have three burgers, and this one is my favorite! It’s The Aubry Roadhouse Burger. It’s loaded with Muenster Cheese and Homemade Bacon Jam. I don’t know the SmartPoints Value of this burger. Maybe no one should know.

Yesterday’s dessert? Frosted Brownie’s. I didn’t even try to smell em! Tempting though.
Yesterday was a crazy afternoon, so I never did eat lunch, but here is what I did eat.
Breakfast – 8 SP
Lots of Bell Peppers and Onions with 75 g White Potato and 10 g Cooked Bacon topped with 2 Eggs and 25 g Chopped Avocado
After I snap a breakfast pic that includes an over easy yolk, I stir it all up and eat it like this! A little taste of everything in each bite!
Snack’s – 0 SP

Dinner – 17 SP
We ordered take out and Mike even went to pick it up! I took the evening off.
Chicken Fajita’s with extra Peppers and Onions, Gauc, no Beans, no Rice, no Cheese and Four Corn Tortilla’s (120g.) I weighed the tortilla’s on my WW scale. They were an oval shape, and I was super curious of their SmartPoints Value. They were 2 SP each.

I can tell you love your job – and I can also imagine, that even though the food you prepare there looks amazing – that most of your customers come to see you and your antics! =) BTW: I absolutely love my job as well – and that is really saying something on a day where I actually got bit!
