Round 2, Whole30, Day 13

A full day yesterday prepping food for the week and loading the food truck. This is me driving the golf cart out to the truck with a load. It was gorgeous outside yesterday.

We have a lunch every day this week. I have not had a 5 day work week in a really long time!

I did not eat the most balanced of meals yesterday….really just lunch. I had a bag of trail mix and a banana while working, then a pear with Almond Butter when I got home.

I did not “exercise”, but we were on our feet prepping and loading the truck from 11:00 to 4:00, then when I got home a little after 4:00, I spent an hour in the back yard pulling grass out of our new Mulch areas, then an hour and a half completing my garage project. I moved a lot of things, swept every inch, broke a large piece of glass that I couldn’t decide what to do with anyhow (so that was actually a convenient way to be able to toss it), cleaned that up, then grilled out some chicken.

I occasionally spend a little time on Snap Chat attempting to entertain my friends. Yesterday, I entertained myself, while likely grossing out my friends, but I really thought it was hilarious.

This guy follows me everywhere……

Breakfast 7 SP

Big Veggie and Egg White Omelet, Avocado and Strawberries

Trial mix, Un-pictured Banana and a Pear with Almond Butter

Grilled Chicken on a big salad full of lots of yummy things and a side of boiled potatoes drizzled with ghee.

Make time each week to Meal Plan
Drink 100 ounces of water each day
Exercise 5 days a week
Three Meals and One Snack, Daily

I can eat 30 SmartPoints a day.

I have an allowance of 35 extra Weekly Points that I can dip into throughout the week if I choose.

My Weight Watcher Week Begins on Friday’s

 

Breakfast = 7

Lunch = 11

Dinner = 15

Total = 33

 

Exercise = no “exercise”, but weed pulling and more garage cleaning

How many ounces of water I drank for the day = 70

Remaining Weekly SmartPoints = 24
