Let me just say that having a glass of wine on Saturday, one on Sunday and a beer on Monday, made me crave foods that are not Whole30, and not Weight Watcher Point Friendly.
I was running late to work at The Food Truck on Monday, and skipped breakfast. We worked an event with other food trucks. At the end of the day, we all trade food. I have done this before during Whole30 and easily passed on all of the yummy food. That did not happen yesterday.
Besides showing up for work hungry, it was that time of the month (You’re welcome), and I know that having alcohol makes me want to eat everything for the next few days. So, I had a bite or two of everything!
I ate one of our Pork Taco’s
The Pizza guy brought the three of us three pizza’s. I had a few bites.
The taco truck brought us a bowl of nacho’s and two brownies. I had a few bites.
Last night at dinner, I got my head back in the Whole30 game and made a Whole30 compliant dinner.
The next 9 days of my Whole30 will be perfect.

You are so right Nancy! I got a lot of rest on Tuesday night, and made all the right food choices on Wednesday! Thank you for your continued support! Hope things are going well in your neck of the woods.

Sometimes it’s not what you ate but the sleep you didn’t get.
You had a busy weekend and came back to some very busy days.
Maybe when you’re back to a couple of normal days you will be able to make the choices for food more easily.
