After a terrible headache Tuesday evening (likely from Tuesday’s eats??) but a really good nights sleep, I made much better food choices on Wednesday. I even drank all of my water and got in a 30 minute walk.
Here are yesterday’s eats…
Breakfast – 5 SP
5 Egg Whites and One Egg, Scrambled. Apple Slices with 2 tsp Almond Butter.
Lunch – 3 SP
Lunch at the Food Truck. I packed a Tuna Salad made with Mustard, Dill Pickle Relish, S&P, Chopped Apple and Red Onion.
Dinner – 14 SP
Turkey Taco Meat bulked up with Broccoli Slaw and Bell Peppers. I put my Taco Meat over a baked Sweet Potato, then topped it with tomatoes and smashed Avocado and a side of Plantains.

Breakfast = 5
Lunch = 3
Dinner = 14
Total = 22
Exercise = Walked 30 minutes
How many ounces of water I drank for the day = 100+

I felt soooo much better during spring break ( and made good food choices) but it’s Thursday of a new work week and I’m tired and thinking about food.
I hear those birthday treats calling my name but I’m reaching for my tea–lol.
