Round 2, Whole30, Day 25

This Lasagna from Trina over at Paleo Newbie maybe tasted even better leftover, if that is at all possible?

After sleeping late and missing Yoga yesterday, I decided to spend the morning loving on Mishka and sipping coffee. I took these pictures after going to the vet the other day.

I spent the afternoon getting one of the guest rooms ready for a niece of mine to move in this week. She will be staying with us for a little while, so I was doing some re-organizing to ensure that she will have some closet and drawer space when she gets here on Wednesday. Being empty nesters, I seemed to have done a great job of spreading my unnecessary clothes, purses, scarves and shoes throughout the house. Let me just say that at the end of the day, my garage sale pile is now a little larger.

I’m excited for my niece to be staying with us. Not only will it be good to spend some time together, but she is a super fit little thing and loves to workout, lift and do Yoga. I see Yoga together in our very near future.

Happy Sunday!

Here are yesterday’s eats…..

Breakfast – 7 SP

Scrambled Egg Whites topped with Avocado and a side of Purple and White Sweet Potatoes and three very large and sweet Berries!

Lunch – 6 SP

Mixed leafy greens, topped with sautéed Mushrooms, Zucchini, 1/2 Chicken Apple Sausage and an Egg. The runny yolk makes for a great dressing! I also had a side of roasted Beets. I can’t believe the combination of foods that I will try now! Who would have thought that a runny egg would taste good on a salad?

Dinner – 10 SP

Leftover Paleo (100% Whole30) Lasagna from Trina at Paleo Newbie. You guys, it maybe tasted even better the next day!

I have an allowance of 35 extra Weekly Points that I can dip into throughout the week if I choose.

Total = 23
