It’s time to get back to work! Back to work at the Food Truck, back to work in the Weight Watcher Meeting room and back to work in the kitchen planning meals and cooking at home.
The scale said 173 this morning, so I was pleased to come home from a long weekend and only be up one pound. Now I’ve got some work ahead of me on the scale to find that 160 number. I’ll be at home for a few weeks, (no trips planned for a bit) so I’m putting myself at the top of my priority list as far as diet and exercise.
Mike did all sorts of awesome things around the house this weekend while I was away, so I came home to an organized and clean house, but with no groceries. Not his thing. I plan to do something about that today.
Yesterday morning I walked to breakfast with a friend to First Watch. It’s a little over 2 miles away. By the time we got home, we had a yummy breakfast and got in at least a 4.5 mile walk. It was a great way to start of the day.
Busy day planned today, but it should be a great one! I hope you have a great day too!
Here are yesterday’s eats….
Breakfast – 12 SP??
Chicken Breakfast Taco’s on Corn Tortillas with Fruit
Lunch – 8 SP
I was happy to find some frozen Flank Steak in the freezer, and a few Eggs left in the fridge along with one Avocado and these few tomatoes.
Steak and Eggs
Dinner – 7 SP
We grabbed dinner out.
Blackened Salmon Caesar Salad, dressing on the side, no cheese, no croutons. (I brought half of this home for lunch today.)
These are my 2016 Goals
Make time each week to Meal Plan

I hope so. I have my work cut out for me, thats for sure!
I like your saying today–and it sounds like you are getting all of your ducks in a row.
