We had a beautiful light snow all day yesterday that went from tiny flakes to huge flakes then back to tiny flakes. They seemed to melt as soon as they hit the green grass. Pretty and weird all at the same time.
I spent the majority of the day curled up in my chair by the fire sipping on coffee or hot tea, shopping for my dream vintage trailer. My butt was numb at the end of the day from sitting, so I went to bed and counted trailers.
I love following vintagecampertrailers on Instagram!
These are just a few of my favorites and I’m hoping to find one similar. I love how tiny and cute they are.
I may even buy a cute dress to match my trailer for the fancy camping days. Red dress, red trailer? You know, after a day on the water kayaking.
(I’m totally serious)

I also should mention that not only is this my dad’s hobby that I am excited to join in on, but this cutie belongs to my brother. My dad and brother have a camping trip planned together in September.
This is also my brothers everyday car.
Truth.
After dreaming about campers and camping and kayaking and driving my truck, I pulled this out of the fridge and made a quick Spaghetti Dinner.
Here are yesterday’s eats….
Breakfast – 4 SP
Sweet Potato Hash with Eggs, Berries with 1 tsp Mixed Nut Butter from Trader Joe’s and Black Coffee
Lunch – 5 SP
(Because this smoothie has blended fruit in it, it should actually be tracked as a drink, which makes it 10 Smartpoints, but I just wasn’t in the mood for that. Do as I say, not as I do. If I were eating a smoothie everyday, then I would absolutely be counting this as a drink because those calories can really add up!)
This shake type thingy tasted like ice cream!
1 Premier Protein Vanilla shake, 1 frozen Banana, 1 T. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, 4 ice cubes, 1 T. Mixed Nut Butter from Trader Joe’s.
Snack – 16 SP
I ate an entire avocado. (I’m really not a very good example today, am I?)
Smashed Avocado with Lime Juice and Sea Salt, 20 Roasted Plantains form Trader Joe’s.
Dinner – 9 SP
This came together so quick since I had some cooked ground turkey in the freezer.
Spaghetti over gluten free angel hair pasta with parmesan cheese (we don’t eat a gluten free diet, but I like to try new things) with a side of asparagus prepared in the skillet with Olive Oil and Sea Salt.

Those are some beautiful trailers and I really enjoyed reading your weight loss story. Great work! 🙂 My husband and I also shared our story at https://www.honestdietreview.com/ to inspire and motivate others to choose a healthier lifestyle. Looking Forward to more great blog posts!
Larissa,
What a fun comment to read.
I love hearing from someone new. 😊
I’ve never owned a camper but I spent several summer nights in my grandparents at the lake. I love the idea of having a tiny home away from home!
Good to know about the dress! It looks comfy too!
Thank you for your prayers! They are greatly appreciated.
Hugs!!
I have been lurking for awhile and I felt I just had to let you know that I am rooting for you!
My grandparents had a trailer similar to the ones you are coveting and I have many precious memories of the times I spent camping with them in it in Maine as a child.
(You definitely should get the dress….Grace Karin sells nice, affordable ones in Amazon. I bought and wore one for a “Me and Someone Special” dance in February. It was cute and comfy-I get nothing for this, just sharing)
I wanted to share about the dress in return for your sharing your breakfast idea (as well as a million other things). I made the hash, eggs, & half the avocado. Yum!
Thanks for everything and I pray that you continue to heal well and find the camper of your dreams!
